Nope, we work with pet parents of all ages! You do not have to be a senior in order to receive pet care services from us. We simply specialize in assisting seniors due to the challenges they may face in safely managing their pets' needs.

Dogs and cats make up the vast majority of the pets in our care but we can help with all sorts of pets - small animals, fish and reptiles.

No, we do not have a facility for boarding at this time. You can find a few pet boarding facilities we do recommend on our Pet Resource Directory page found on the Resources tab.

Yes! All members of the Pet Porter Pals team are insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates. This protects your home and pets in the event of an emergency.

Yes! Pet Porter Pals' team of Pet Care Providers are available 365 days a year. Our services are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis so we do recommend booking your pet as soon as possible. Holiday rates do apply.

We currently service Alhambra, Altadena, Arcadia, La Canada-Flintridge, Pasadena, San Marino, Sierra Madre and South Pasadena. Cities outside of our service area are subject to a travel fee.
